Recently, the 13th China (Langfang) International Pipeline Expo opened grandly at the Langfang International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition gathered over 250 well-known companies from around the world, including Hebei Huayuan Science and Industry Co., Ltd., to showcase top-notch technologies and the latest achievements across the entire industrial chain, covering oil and gas storage and transportation, pipeline and transport equipment, and trenchless technology applications. The event aimed to explore industry development trends, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and jointly seek a transition path toward green development.
During the exhibition, Huayuan's booth attracted significant attention from visitors. As a pioneer in the trenchless technology field, Huayuan has been deeply involved in the industry for over 30 years. The booth displayed some of Huayuan's classic engineering cases, and records both domestically and internationally in the field of trenchless technology, while also focusing on showcasing its professional equipment and technologies. Among the highlights were the HYMGS Geo-magnetic guidance system and Huayuan’s automatic welding technology, which became the focal point, attracting a lot of visitors for further discussions.
Huayuan's independently designed HYMGS Geomagnetic guidance system utilizes the most advanced sensors, micro-controllers, and electronic components, combined with superior manufacturing techniques, ensuring the system's stability and reliability. The system includes features such as pipeline crossing trajectory assistance design, real-time measurement of borehole trajectory, crossing trajectory prediction, anti-magnetic field interference, trajectory correction calculations, and supports the export of complete historical data with graphical human-machine interface operation. Additionally, the system features manual magnetic field positioning and magnetic target 3D positioning, further enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.
Huayuan’s automatic welding technology achieves precise automatic tracking, particularly for welding in mountainous (inclined) environments. Huayuan has independently developed full-argon root welding equipment and specific filling equipment. In the application of the HDD crossing work of the natural gas pipeline from Dachan Island to the Mawan Power Plant for the Shenzhen Mawan Power Plant upgrading project, this equipment performed exceptionally and has already received related patent certifications.
